More european festivals are waiting to be confirmed

And the first one out is brand new Solid Festival in Switzerland, 1 Nov!

When we made our first european tour in 2004 with US band Justifide (now Reform the resistance ) we had two shows in Switzerland. There we met this young boy named Thomas who took us on a guided tour of Zürich. He took really good care of us and he even organized a gig in his home chuch for us.
we started to understand that he had a huge interest in music and we had a great time together.

After that we have met several times at festivals all over europe, he even went to Frizon in Sweden one year. he has become one of our best friends and several times we recieve good luck textmessages from him before we go on stage. He really care about us and we’re always glad to meet him and to discuss music, faith and life!

Anyway, now he is organizing his first major festival in Switzerland and we are extremly honoured and glad to be confirmed as one of the bands of this festival. We also hope to see his own band for the first time at the festival, i hope it will happen.

So thank you Thomas for everything and we’ll do our best show ever for you!

/Mammuth

The reviews starts to arrive and this is todays sum up

First:4/5 at melodic.net.
Melodic.net makes the first review in english and we are flattered by the words. “impressive” ; “one of the best albums in this genre of melodic hardcore“; “a flower that has burst into full bloom”.  4/5 was the rating and you can read the full review HERE (english)

My local paper from the north of sweden also did a review and it once again become clear that reviews is mainly a matter of personal taste if you compare with melodic.nets review. We got a rating of 2/5, BUT they did say: “In 2 tracks Mammuth is brilliant (Easy way out & A blessed zombies ride)” and “mammuth has something big on their way”
They did write someother stuff as well, but i choose not to focus on that =) Anyway, Read it HERE (Swedish)

A site called “Popöga” called the cd a nice handywork, really good but nothing special… Read it HERE (Swedish)

Last out today, one of our favourite magazines, Trots allt, made a review.
And I know that the others in the band loves to be called a “brutal foo fighters”… a short but positive review. Read it here (Swedish, pdf)
I also recommend Trots allt if you want a great magazine about faith, politics and culture!
